B) BY REGISTERED POST, on payment of Rs. 2100/- (Rs. 1100/- in case of SC candidates) through Bank Draft only favoring THE REGISTRAR PANJAB UNIVERISTY, CHANDIGARH payable at Chandigarh to be sent to the Manager Publication Bureau, P.U., Chandigarh so as to reach him latest by 04-01-2010 (Monday).
