Courses/Exams: Post Graduate Diploma in Management - (Agri-Business Management) PGDM (ABM) - 2010-12

Eligibility: The minimum qualification for admission into the Diploma is a FOUR YEAR bachelors degree at least with second division or its equivalent OGPR in Agriculture or allied subjects or Veterinary Science or Dairy Technology or Food Technology from any Agricultural University or Institution recognized by the ICAR/UGC.

Application procedure: The prospectus cum application form can be obtained from the Principal Coordinator PGDM (ABM) on payment of application fee of Rs.1200/- (Rs.600/- for SC / ST candidates) by “Account Payee" Demand Draft drawn in favour of MANAGE, Hyderabad.

Application form can also be downloaded from MANAGE http://www.manage.gov.in/ and be sent by accompanying the prescribed application fee.

National Academy of Agricultural Research Management


Courses/Exams: Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the grant of ICAR-Senior Research Fellowship (PGS) for pursuing Ph.D. degree in the field of Agriculture and allied Sciences for 2009-10.

Eligibility: The candidates should have Master’s Degree in the concerned discipline, with 55% marks or its equivalent OGPA for General and OBC categories; 50% marks or its equivalent OGPA for SC, ST, and PH categories, from any recognized university in India and abroad. The candidates appearing in the final semester would also be eligible provided they get their applications certified and forwarded through the Registrar of the
concerned University where the candidate is pursuing their PG degree.

The candidates must not have attained the age of 30 years for General, 33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC, ST and PH categories and 45 years for in-service candidates (regular employees) of ICAR, SAUs and other organisations dealing with agricultural sector. The crucial date for determining the age limit for all categories will be the date of examination. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to check his/her eligibility for admission before applying. NAARM will not be held responsible for refusing ICAR SRF (PGS) to any non-eligible candidate.

30-09-2009. IBSAT - 2009 (IBS Hyderabad)

Application procedure:
Applicants interested in appearing for IBSAT can apply by any one of the following methods.

OMR Application Form

Applicants are required to fill up the OMR Application Form enclosed and send it to the Admissions Officer, IBSAT Office (address given on the left hand side). The self attested copies of X Class, XII Class and graduation marks sheets are to be enclosed along with the OMR Application Form. The students in the final year of graduation may enclose the marksheets up to the current semester/ year.

Online Application

Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available at www.ibsat.org and make payment of Rs.1,100 towards the cost using Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Citibank Card) through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying through online should attach their scanned color photograph along with the Online Application. The IBSAT Application Material will be sent to such applicants.

Alternatively, applicants can download the Application Form from www.ibsat.org, complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the demand draft of Rs.1,100 towards the cost (DD in favor of "IUCF A/c IBSAT" payable at Hyderabad). The IBSAT Application Material will be sent to such applicants.

Documents to be sent with application form

The applicants applying through any one of the above modes should enclose the self attested copies of X Class, XII Class and graduation marksheets (Year wise/Semester wise) along with the OMR Application Form. The students applying online have to forward the attested copies of their marksheets to the Admissions Officer. The students in the final year of graduation may enclose the marksheets up to the current semester/ year.

Online Admit Card

All applicants who have applied for IBSAT are eligible to download Online Admit Cards from www.ibsat.org, using the application number and date of birth as their user name and password respectively from November 16, 2009 onwards. The online admit card will carry the photo, name, address, roll number of the applicant, test date, timings, and details of the test center. No hard copies of Admit Cards will be sent. The admit card is not transferable. Impersonation is a punishable offence under law.

Test Centers
IBSAT will be conducted at 123 test centers across India. The applicants can choose any one of the test center available for IBSAT.. In the event of not having enough seats at the requested test center, applicants will be allotted the nearest alternative center. IBSAT Office reserves the right to add or delete a few test centers depending upon the situation. The same will be intimated on the website www.ibsat.org for the benefit of applicants.
